Thank you! And yes. I make the bolognaise in a slow cooker or crock pot.
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 small jar of tomato past
- 1 brown onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- mushrooms
- 1 jar of sanitarium nutmeat, chopped fine
- 1 cup of vegetable stock
- 1/2 teaspoon of cummin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- fresh oregano, basil and sage
- salt and pepper to taste
You might need to add extra water or stock, and if it isn’t thick enough, add some flour or corn flour (mix it with water first).
